He is the Founder and CIO of Robin Capital Group, a Miami Beach-based Registered Investment Advisor, and Co-Founder of Nezumia, a quantitative AI hedge fund. His analytical background in systematic risk management and capital allocation informs Rookery's disciplined approach to underwriting and deal evaluation.

Cong Vo
Co-Founder & Managing Principal

Cong is a Miami native with a career spanning decades of hands-on real estate rehabilitation and development across South Florida. He manages the entirety of Rookery's operations — from deal origination and construction oversight to investor relations and asset management. Through his independent accounting practice, CVO Financial, Cong brings both financial rigor and an unmatched network of local relationships that continuously surface new investment opportunities.
